Man o man..... Dr. Hook was alright for an old guy but a little bit lacking for a live performance. Not to mention that the audio producer sucked the anus out of an african elephant. The amps were squeeling and you couldnt hear dr hook and they couldnt hear themselves play cause the monitors were all screwed up so that made the bass too loud and it was just odd. So yeah i was thinking about all the concerts i have gone to over the years and for a miramichier i have been to more than i had expected.
I have seen in concert:
Roger Whitiker - the whistling, yodeling cowboy wonder who passed away at the ripe old age of 80 something....
The rankins - before they were famous in the civic center
Susan whats her face - the one from here, she opened for the rankins
Summer sault 2000- i saw a whole bunch of kick ass bands here like OLP and The FOO, with the pumpkins horrible but final show ever
Party on the hill 2002?- the hip with OLP i do beleive, OLP kicked ass
silverchair- toronto 2003 i saw them TWO nights, the best live performance i have ever seen or probably will ever see unless i see them again in concert. The one true band that mimiks their cd sound quality PERFECTLY thats cause they dont use any shit in the studio that perfects their playing.

And thats all i can think of right now..... hmmmm oh yeah the Red West opened up for silverchair if they ever get good i dunno... and barnicle and timber opened up for docter hook, neither was remarkable timber does more covers than their own material......uhhh not a good way to make a name for your own band, but i spose i'm not their manager so where do i get off right?
